How do I pick up?

When we register payment, contact information will be sent to you via email with a copy to us as the Seller's representative. The exact location and time of collection of the object is agreed directly by contacting us on tel: +45 59261515.
You must contact us within 7 days of winning the auction and arrange collection.
You must collect all purchased objects within 14 days after the auction has ended, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the individual auction.
You must sign and date the Delivery Receipt, where a photo of your driver's license will also be taken as documentation of the collection, this will be attached to the Delivery Receipt.
Foreign business buyers without a Danish CVR will receive an export document after collection, which must be completed and returned to Offentlig Auktion ApS no later than 30 days after the end of the auction.
Since this is a "Pick-up purchase", foreign buyers are responsible for compliance with rules / laws regarding export.
